Nasir El-Rufai, the former governor of Kaduna arrived at the state high court for the proceeding of the alleged fraud case.
A separate case has also been established over a medical report reportedly submitted in support of his release from the detention. This follows the court of appeal’s dismissal of his latest bail application, leaving the lower court decision and refuse to grant his release request from the detention.
Justice Darius Khobo adjourned the case to 12pm for the next hearing and ordered the ICPC — which is holding the former governor in custody — to bring him to court for the continuation of the case.
